We put together a short video highlighting several of our apartments near VCU. It doesn’t feature all our properties, but it does provide a good sense for our apartments.

While not strictly a “VCU Apartment”, we’ve recently completed our new project at the corner of 15th Street and Cary Street in Shockoe Slip. We call the project “Smokehouse Lofts” because the building was orginally a meat processing facility called the Kingan & Co. Smokehouse.
